Takate's Terms and Conditions

Takate (referred to hereinafter as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Takate website, mobile application, and all associated services.

By creating an account on Takate or using the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Takate platform.

After registration, Takate may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may include a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to Takate immediately.

All bets placed on Takate are subject to the following rules. Takate reserves the right to void any bet that violates these Terms and Conditions.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. However, the Cash Out feature may be used under specific conditions where available.
• If odds change before a match or event begins, the updated odds will apply unless the bet has already been confirmed.
• In live betting, wagers placed after the outcome of an event has already been determined may be voided by the system.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Takate reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be refunded or voided in accordance with Takate's own policy.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits for Sports Betting are set by Takate and are subject to change.

Takate reserves the right to investigate accounts and temporarily withhold payouts if suspicious betting patterns are detected. Any account found to be involved in match-fixing or fraud will be permanently closed.

Takate supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. Key information about the deposit and withdrawal process is provided below:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (may vary depending on payment method).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically within 24–48 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same account used for the deposit.

If suspicious transactions or money laundering activity is suspected, Takate is obligated to notify the relevant authorities, and the account in question will be suspended immediately.

• In cases of suspicious betting patterns or concerns regarding money laundering.
• Registering as a minor.

Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any bonus balance will be forfeited, but real-money funds will be returned — provided there are no pending investigations.
